You are the head operator of an iron processing plant in the 1900s. All has been going well, your sales are up and your expenses are down, but you’ve started to notice something. The way you run your workers is causing them to be exhausted almost as fast as you can get them in the doors, and your competitors are running their businesses the same way. There’s only one way to solve this: you need to get people in your doors producing as much refined iron as possible before your opponents can use up all the able bodied workers in the area. If you can produce more iron than your opponents before the worker market runs out, the monopoly will surely be yours.
